🌱 The 5-Course Lineup

Course 1 – Coconut & Watermelon Gazpacho
A refreshing chilled blend of watermelon, coconut, tomato, onion, garlic, and cilantro. Finely pureed and strained, garnished with a cilantro leaf, and served in our signature teacups.

Course 2 – Sage Hush Puppy Fritters
Golden corn fritters infused with sage, paired with a house lemongrass dipping sauce and topped with fried basil for a fragrant crunch.

Course 3 – Thai Cookout Salad
A Southern-style cold pasta salad featuring roasted broccoli, red grapes, and rotini pasta tossed in a zesty ginger vinaigrette.

Course 4 – Blackened Jambalaya
A bold fusion of rice, tomato, bell pepper, onion, and celery, cooked down with cumin and paprika. Served with pan-seared chickenless and shiitake mushrooms coated in smoky blackened seasoning.

Course 5 – Sticky Mango King Cake
A one-of-a-kind dessert: traditional king cake stuffed with coconut cream sticky rice and a surprise of candied ginger. Topped with a mango glaze and sparkling sugar in Mardi Gras colors β€” purple, green, and gold.
